Greetings, today, I found this wonderful website called.. Until Abortion Ends. Where one can submit (video, email, etc) what you would give up until Abortion Ends. What I found so encouraging was watching some of these short videos of these young adults giving up things until Abortion End. As we watch at the March for Life, we can't be blind to the fact that , the young are the ones who are fighting this war and they are using all of their tools.

This is one my favorite, this young African American guy, at work is giving up soda. But that he made this video at work in front of others until Abortion Ends speaks much more than I can say.

God Bless them All and Pray that they stay strong.

With just 7 days left in the spring campaign, we are now aware of … … 346 babies whose mothers have turned away from abortion – that we know of! Here are just a few of the stories about those babies saved that I have received from local 40 Days for Life teams in 247 locations worldwide.

——————————————————- WILMINGTON, DELAWARE ——————————————————- Several 40 Days for Life volunteers were praying in front of Planned Parenthood, including some children who were kneeling. After a while, a young woman came out of the building and began to speak with the mother of one of the girls kneeling in prayer. The young woman asked what was going on, and the volunteer explained, telling her that they offer support and information to women who are thinking about abortion. After some discussion, the young woman decided to keep her baby. She and the volunteer then went straight to the nearby pregnancy resource center. “Please pray for this young woman,” said Paula in Wilmington. “She is very poor, homeless and has very little support. She has also been mistreated by her boyfriend.” Before she left, the young woman went up to the girls and told them the good news and said that she hoped her child would be good like them — beautiful young ladies praying for her and her baby. “She looked so happy,” Paula said. “We assured her of our prayers. Praise God!”

——————————————————- ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ——————————————————- 40 Days for Life volunteers in Orange County spoke to a woman who had arrived at Planned Parenthood to schedule an appointment. “She was told by her doctor that her baby has deformities,” said Alejandra in Orange County, “and due to her diabetes her best option would be to abort.” She said that in her heart, that was not what she wanted to hear. But that’s also what she was told by a second doctor. One of the doctors even said Planned Parenthood “would do a good job on her.” The “job,” of course, referred to abortion. “After talking to us, she is now willing to give her baby a chance to live,” said Alejandra. The woman was taken to a pregnancy resource center and then to see a doctor in Los Angeles who specializes in high-risk pregnancies. “What a difference,” the young mother said. “The people here are warm, caring and friendly. You are treated like a person — unlike at Planned Parenthood.” Because she has diabetes, the specialist will continue to monitor her weekly so the baby has all the chances he or she deserves. “Please keep her and her baby in your prayers,” said Alejandra. “Praise the Lord for the opportunity he gave us to reach to this mom!”

——————————————————- LAKELAND, FLORIDA ——————————————————- The Lakeland team recently had a blessing — an opportunity to actually meet a child who was spared from abortion during an earlier 40 Days for Life campaign. Sherri says that while several volunteers were praying at the vigil, “a woman parked her car, quickly opened the back door and carried out a beautiful little girl.” This woman had seen a 40 Days for Life vigil once before in another city. “My daughter was scheduled to have an abortion,” she said. “We arrived and there were 40 Days for Life volunteers outside.” It was her prayer that SOMETHING would change her daughter’s mind. As they sat in the waiting room, she said, “time was running out. She was next to go back. All of a sudden, she stood and said, ‘Let’s go, Mom. I can’t do this!’” The woman then said, “God hears your prayers. He saved this precious little girl — my granddaughter. It has come to my attention of a family that is in great need. The Vasquez Family is a catholic homeschooling family of 8 children and one on the way. The Vasquez Family is Homeless and they have been living in their car. The mother was just sent to the hospital to pass 2 kidney stones. The father a roofer and carpenter is with out a job. They need my help, they need your help.

Their church in New Jersey, Mater Ecclesiae is helping them out. They have written me and said that this family is a very beautiful and very pro-life family, they do a lot for the 40 days for Life.

Message of Our Lady

A young woman from Belgium who was there praying for the pro-life cause told him that she had a message for him about Our Lady and began telling him things about his life.

“It was life changing for me.” says Dr. Bruckalsk

beyond God’s mercy, no one, no one,” he said. “I was doing
the abortions because I believed it was the lesser of two evils, ... yet

The Hand of God

Many of you might of heard of Dr. Bernard Nathanson, the obstetrician and leading pro-abortion advocate who changed his views on abortion and later converted to Catholicism, died February 23 at the age of 84.

He wrote this unbelievable book called: The Hand of God: A Journey From Death to Life by the Abortion Doctor Who Changed His Mind."

Dr. Nathanson was the director of the Center for Reproductive and Sexual Health in New York City. In his two years in that position, he oversaw some 60,000 abortions. In addition, he performed some 5000 abortions with his own hands in private practice, and supervised residents in training who performed another 10,000 abortions and worst of all, he even aborted his own son.

In The Hand of God, Dr. Nathanson writes, "I have aborted the unborn children of my friends, colleagues, casual acquaintances, even teachers" (p.61). He also aborted his own child. He writes, "Yes, you may ask me...[W]hat did you feel? Did you not feel sad -- not only because you had extinguished the life of an unborn child, but, more, because you had destroyed your own child? I swear to you that I had no feelings aside from the sense of accomplishment, the pride of expertise. On inspecting the contents of the bag I felt only the satisfaction of knowing that I had done a thorough job. You pursue me: You ask if perhaps for a fleeting moment or so I experienced a flicker of regret, a microgram of remorse? No and no. And that, dear reader, is the mentality of the abortionist: another job well done, another demonstration of the moral neutrality of advanced technology in the hands of the amoral" (pp.60-61).

My friends, with God nothing and I am mean nothing is impossible. His man went from killing innocent babies to being a big pro-life advocate and to find the beauty of the Catholic Church. He described himself as a Jewish atheist, and he converted to Catholicism in 1996, with the aid of Opus Dei priest Father C. John McCloskey , read his book review. He was baptized that year by Cardinal John O’Connor in St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York on the feast of the Immaculate Conception.

For many its very hard to believe in something of this sort. They think its a right-wing racist movie once again, bring lies and hater towards those who "love " to help the poor. No, my friends, you are wrong. Since 1973, abortion has killed over 13 million, yes 13 million African American Babies, reports the U.S. Center for Disease control.

Maafa 21 is the result of almost three years of research and, since its release, the response has been nothing short of astonishing. One black pro-life leader described it as “lightening in a bottle” and said that for the first time since he’s been in the movement he has a tool that could bring the African-American community on board writes Mark Crutcher

A story of what it really means to be Pro-Life!

Christopher Kolerok at two weeks.

On the eve of this past Thanksgiving, 44-year-old Native Alaskan Brenda Kolerok-Schott of Anchorage walked unannounced into the offices of Catholic Social Services to write a $10,000 check to the organization. Never before had she written such a large check. But this gift to Catholic Social Services’ pregnancy support program and Brother Francis Shelter was a deeply personal one for the once pregnant, homeless teenager.

YOUNG, HOMELESS – AND PREGNANT

In 1983, 16-year-old Kolerok-Schott was pregnant. And her family was homeless. After a house deal fell through in Wasilla, they passed from hotels to friends to even the crawl space in a relative’s house. Finally, the family – with four children – moved into a one bedroom, one bath apartment. It was “heaven,” Kolerok-Schott told the Catholic Anchor.

Nevertheless, things were getting harder. Five months along, Kolerok-Schott could no longer hide her pregnancy from her parents. Upon hearing the news, they were upset and “really ashamed” about her situation, recalled Kolerok-Schott. And the father of the baby was in the midst of a divorce from his wife.

“I didn’t know what I was going to do,” Kolerok-Schott explained.

THE POWER OF ‘TRUE CHRISTIANS’

Then a high school counselor told the girl about Catholic Social Services (CSS), the social services arm of the Archdiocese of Anchorage. Founded in 1966, the agency serves the needy through emergency shelters, a food pantry and other programs, including those geared to expectant mothers in crisis.

Kolerok-Schott said that within two days of connecting with CSS, a home for her was found with a young Catholic family. It was a haven for the girl in distress.

“I really found out what true Christians were like when I was placed with a Catholic family that took really good care of me,” she said.

They provided a safe and comfortable home for her. Soon, Kolerok-Schott was earning straight ‘A’s in school for the first time.

And they helped her sort out the “pros and cons” of raising her child versus placing the baby for adoption.

Then, in November, Kolerok-Schott gave birth, a month-premature, to a five-pound baby boy.

She said that all of her previous calculations – based in part on her youth and her desire to go to college and enter the Navy – had pointed to adoption. But she “fell instantly in love” with her son. She made the decision — mother and child would grow up together.

As is often the case, the baby’s birth “brought my family together” again, added Kolerok-Schott, whose parents returned to her after a long absence.

The young mother and baby continued on with their Catholic Social Services family until she was able to secure a stable job and they could be on their own.

‘VITAL’ PREGNANCY SUPPORT

Kolerok-Schott never forgot how Catholic Social Services had come to her aid during her “darkest hour.” Across the years, she has worked and saved to give something back to the organization that helped save her and her baby – and helped keep them together.

“I am so thankful to God,” Kolerok-Schott said of Catholic Social Services.

“He showed me his true love through Catholic Social Services and showed me that there are true Christians out there who are Catholic,” she added.

Kolerok-Schott believes the type of support she received from Catholic Social Services is “vital” to pregnant girls in crisis.

“There are so many people out there, so many young kids out there who are just like me,” she observed. They need to know there are people who will help them, she explained – whether they place their child for adoption or choose to parent.

“Pregnancy support doesn’t exist to support women that are making only the plan of adoption,” said Catholic Social Services executive director Susan Bomalaski.

“We want to support all women who’ve chosen a life option for their unborn child in whatever way they want,” she continued. That may entail providing a mentor family, housing support or diapers. But right now and with its current staffing, Catholic Social Services can’t provide the “full spectrum of services,” said Bomalaski, without greater financial and volunteer help from the community.

Alaskans have begun to feel the pinch of lost jobs, static wages and rising costs, she noted. As a result, giving to the social services agency is down 20 percent.

HAPPY ENDINGS

But funding and volunteers translate to positive outcomes.

Kolerok-Schott is married, has a second child, and works as a realtor. Her son – who was conceived, born and expected by some to grow up in turmoil and poverty – is now 28-year-old Christopher Kolerok, graduate of University of Alaska, Anchorage, a worldwide college debate champion and recent Master’s Degree graduate of Harvard University.

He also is engaged to marry UAA senior Michaela Hernandez, a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Anchorage. For Kolerok-Schott, who was helped by Catholics 28 years ago, it comes “full circle” that her son marries a “beautiful, beautiful Catholic girl!”

She sees her son’s joy as part of a happy ending that she believes every young, pregnant teen deserves to find for herself and her baby.

Kolerok-Schott hopes her story will encourage other young, pregnant, teenage girls to choose life for their babies. She wants them to know “that there is hope out there, and if I can do this, then they can do this, too, and that God will always be with them, and to always make the right decision.”

“Even if your pregnancy could be difficult and hard and embarrassing,” she added, “there are people out there willing to help you.”

This article just came out and it has made my day sick.. very sick to see that there are human beings who would do even such things as to have the public vote to kill or not to kill their BABY. Its bad enough that we have abortion and God knows it makes me sick daily to know its happen every second.

What have we come to in this society? I just can't take it any longer.. I just can't believe that our society will last any longer. I can not understand God's Mercy but His Mercy is real and there but for how long?

London, England (LifeNews.com) -- Marie Boswell expected to get the latest information about the status of her unborn child from her physician. In a rare ultrasound picture showing her baby giving her a thumbs up, she got a progress report from the baby boy himself.

Bosworth was stunned by the ultrasound photo of her 20-week-old unborn baby giving her the popular sign when everything's alright.

"It was really funny," the 35-year-old mother said of the ultrasound picture she had at Wythenshawe Hospital, near her home in Manchester.

She told the London Daily Mail newspaper, "I went to the scan with my friend and my mum and we were all just laughing. He was giving us the thumbs up, it was just so clear."

"We couldn't believe it. I have big hands, but nothing on the scale of his," she told the newspaper. "We're thinking he might make a good goalkeeper. I've never seen a scan like this before - but we love it."

"I've been keeping it in a book because I want to show it to him when he is older," she added.

Boswell already has a 10-year-old daughter named Olivia and the doctors informed her that her baby, expected in September, is doing just fine.

Water for Love...

A young priest for Tanzania, Father Deogratias Malewa, lives and ministers in a place that has no paved roads, no hospitals, no grocery stores. His people (the women) grow the food by using a hoe and their hands. They carry water for their gardens in pots on their heads from a stream that is half mile away. If they get sick or injured, they stay where they are and make the best of it because there is no practical alternative.

Julia Fogassy of Our Father's House, has a goal to raise enough money for him so he can get a rototiller and a vehicle to transport it. That way, gardening will be better for the women and Father will be able to move sick or injured people to the hospital that is in the nearest city--more than 100 miles away.

Father Deogratias will be doing little talks and demonstrations about life in Tanzania, playing games with the children, and telling Tanzanian stories at the Northwest Catholic Family Conference. We will have a table with Father and 10% of our sales will go to Father and Julia Fogassy efforts to help raise this money. So if you are at the conference stop by and see what we have. Forgive us for not being able to attend due to distance!

But this is a true example of Christ in our Priest.. and the true meaning of being a Catholic, a universal faith!

May God keep giving him the courage to live out his faith!

This is one of my favorite author and books... but I say here.. that a woman doesn't have to give birth to give a child an immortal soul since right at conception a soul is born..

For what happens when that baby doesn't make to birth..
Not by choice of a mother but nature itself?

Here I sit with this thought in my head and my soul as
we lose another soul before he is born..

But my sadness is not of my own pity.. no..
sadness is of those thousands and thousands of unborn that lost their lives..
not by nature
but
by choice.

I morn for them, since their own mothers may have not..
for I know that I will not see my own child on earth but that I love him..
and I await to see him in the arms of My Lord at the end of times..

Prayer for the Unborn

Heavenly Father, in Your love for us, protect against the wickedness of the devil, those helpless little ones to whom You have given the gift of life.

Touch with pity the hearts of those women pregnant in our world today who are not thinking of motherhood.

Help them to see that the child they carry is made in Your image - as well as theirs - made for eternal life.

Dispel their fear and selfishness and give them true womanly hearts to love their babies and give them birth and all the needed care that a mother can give.
